The market, the commute, the labor rates and the insurance territory genuinely aren't the same in Burbank as they are in Victorville.

Los Angeles County is a different market from the Inland Empire, and not just because it's bigger. Dealer density is extreme, advertised payments are more aggressive, and the cost of simply keeping a car here — parking, insurance, labor rates, tickets — is a bigger share of ownership than the sticker price suggests.
